❤ HOW TO PREPARE DELICIOUS AND CRISPY LOW-SALT CUCUMBERS?

1 Pour cold water over the cucumbers in a bowl.

2 Separately, add mustard and salt to the slightly cooled water.

3 At the bottom of the stoneware lay dill, add the horseradish root cut into particles, garlic halves and currant leaves

4 Drain the cucumbers and lay them flat in stoneware, translating them alternately with all additives.

5 We fill with floodplain, and when they cool down, cover the stoneware and leave it in a cool place for 2-3 days.
