✔ An extremely important feature of stoneware products is their ecological nature. The porcelain mass from which Kadax products are made is a all-natural material. Each vessel made is safe in contact with food - it does not emit unfavorable substances and does not absorb odors.

✔ Handicrafts are covered with a large layer of enamel, which not only keeps them in good visual condition (protecting the surface against scratches, abrasion or fading), but also strengthens their durability and extends the possibility of use.

STONEWARE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

✔️MOLD PREPARATION: Porcelain clay is properly prepared, then placed into a specific mold and remains there for about 2-3 hours, until it rises.

✔️DRYING: The drying and hardening of the porcelain clay mass usually takes about a day. This process may take shorter or longer depending on the size of the dish.

✔️CLEANING AND FIRING: Next, the first cleaning of fine dust takes place, and the product is fired at around 900 degrees Celsius. After cooling, impurities are removed again, then the item is glazed and fired at 1200 degrees.

✔️COOLING: The product's re-cooling is slow and gradual (takes several hours). Too sudden contact of a hot dish with cold air could instantly damage its surface. The finished product reaches satisfied customers.
