Stoneware and stoneware cutter 125mm 1400W for wet/dry operation
The glaze cutter is used for cutting with rotating diamond discs and allows cutting ceramic materials (e.g. concrete, brick, gypsum) in a straight line. Thanks to a special circuit breaker, the cutter is designed to work with water cooling.
The cutter is equipped with a cutting disc and a connection for water installation.
The cutter is equipped with a high-power motor and resistance to temperature and dust. Thanks to this, you can also use the machine for cutting natural stone or furrowing in concrete.
The size of the disc is 125mm x 22,23, thanks to which the equipment is widely available and gives the possibility of optimal adjustment to the material being cut.
The cutter has an adjustable water spray, and its diameter fits the 18V YT-86211 hydronet, as well as garden sprayers. Thanks to this function, there is no dust in the air, cutting is faster and less wear on the disc, and moreover, the edge of the material is not jagged.

Setting the cutting depth
Adjusting the cutting depth is realized by loosening the guide screw setting the desired cutting depth, and then tightening the guide screw.
Connection to water system and wet cutting
Whenever possible, wet cutting should be used. This will reduce dust in the workplace and extend the life of the disc.
As a water source, you can use a tap of the municipal water supply network, a hydronet or a water tank located above the cutting point from which the water will flow gravitationally.
The tool power cable is equipped with a residual current fuse.
