Pressure stone for barrel and pickling pot 21 cm – set of 2

The pressure stone for pickling cabbage and cucumbers is a practical accessory designed to weigh down vegetables during home pickling. It helps to keep the contents of the barrel under the surface of the flood, limiting the flow of silage during fermentation.

Stoneware pressure for silage consists of two elements, which when placed in a dish create a load holding vegetables. The two-piece design makes it easy to insert and remove stones from the barrel.

The stones are made of stoneware and can be used to prepare sauerkraut, cucumbers, and other vegetables. They will work as a weight for pickling, a stone for a barrel, a pressure for cabbage and a pressure cartridge for a stoneware dish.

Designed for hermetic barrels with flange capacity:

• 12 litres
• 16 litres
