Made of transparent plastic, resistant to aggressive acidic and alkaline substances. The device is equipped with a clear scale, indicating the status of the battery. The tester uses three colors illustrating the condition and indicating the possible need to charge the battery. A sample of the liquid substance shall be taken through a rubber tube extending the tester and using a rubber pear acting as a suction cup. The tester can be washed and reused.

Reading measurements:

- electrolyte density 1.27 - 1.30 g/cm3 (blue): battery fully charged

- electrolyte density 1.21 - 1.25 g/cm3 (grey): battery condition for further operation

- electrolyte density 1.10 - 1.15 g/cm3 (red): the battery is fully discharged and needs to be charged

ELECTROLYTE TESTER OPERATING MANUAL

1. Fill the tester with liquid to the level of the FLUID LEVEL line.

2. If air bubbles appear in the liquid, they should be removed by lightly tapping on the tester.

3. The upper (smaller) hand must be in an upright position, then the large (lower) hand will show what the state of the electrolyte is (blue – good liquid, gray – medium, red – bad, battery insufficiently charged).

4. Check each cell (cell), top up if the tester's hand points to a red field, i.e. below 1.210 fluid density.

5. Battery replacement is recommended if the difference in indications between targets is greater than 30 units after charging the battery.

6. After each use of the tester, it should be washed with hot soapy water and rinsed.
