✅SMART CHARGING – PLUG IN, SELECT MODE AND CHARGE

The BLOW rectifier is designed for convenient operation. After properly connecting the terminals to the battery and connecting the device to the network, simply select the appropriate operating mode with the MODE button.

The electronic system controls the charging process, and as the charge level increases, the current can be gradually reduced. Thanks to this, the lower current value visible during operation does not necessarily mean a fault – it is part of the automatic charging process.

✅ LARGE AND EASY TO READ LCD DISPLAY

On the screen you can control the most important information related to the work of the rectifier.

The display may indicate, among other things:

• V – battery voltage or charging voltage
• A – current charging current
• °C – ambient or operating temperature
• indicative level of charge
• active mode of operation
• winter or summer mode
• repair mode
• LiFePO4 mode
• completion of FULL / 100% charging
• information about incorrect connection of terminals.

Thanks to this, you do not have to guess what the device is currently doing – the most important parameters are directly on the screen.

• Standard charging mode designed for most automotive lead-acid batteries.

AGM / GEL / START-STOP

A gentler charging method designed for smaller batteries, including those used in:

LiFePO4

• Special program for charging lithium-iron-phosphate batteries 12 V / 12,8 V, provided that the manufacturer of the battery allows charging with an external charger.

✅ PULSE REPAIR – IMPULSE REPAIR FUNCTION

A heavily discharged or long unused battery may require a different mode of operation than during standard charging.

The PULSE REPAIR mode uses impulse operation and is intended as a test of regeneration of heavily discharged or partially sulphurized lead-acid batteries.

The function can be useful especially when standard charging does not bring the expected effect or the battery has not been used for a long time.

Note: PULSE REPAIR should not be used for LiFePO4 batteries. The repair mode will also not repair mechanically damaged, compact, damaged cell batteries or completely worn out batteries.

✅ AUTOMATIC WINTER/SUMMER MODE

Atmospheric conditions affect the charging process of the battery. Therefore, the rectifier has the function of automatically adjusting the work to the ambient temperature.

Winter mode can be activated at a lower temperature, while summer mode at a higher temperature.

Thanks to this, the device can adjust the operating characteristics to the current conditions.

✅ AUTOMATIC CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE

The charging process depends on the selected program and the type of battery.

Once the full charge level is reached, the device can go into backup mode, limiting the current to a safe level. This allows you to keep the battery in proper condition without having to constantly manually control the rectifier.

The percentage should be treated as an indicative value – the actual condition and capacity of the used battery is best checked with the appropriate tester.

✅ SAFE AND CONVENIENT OPERATION

The rectifier is equipped with solutions that increase the safety of use, including reverse pole connection signaling.

If the terminals are replaced, the device informs about the error – then you need to disconnect the rectifier and properly connect the wires.

The manufacturer also indicates m.in on the packaging. short circuit protection, high voltage protection, temperature measurement and automatic shutdown.
