BOSCH has developed a new range of cordless chainsaws and equipped them with many useful functions. All models are characterized by a light weight, which is 3 kg and have a proven, tool-free chain tensioning system BOSCH SDS, facilitating and reducing chain replacement time.

Thanks to it, the replacement or adjustment of the chain tension is made without the use of any additional tools. Just a few simple steps, i.e.: fixing the chain, turning the setting wheel twice and the chainsaw is ready to work.

In addition, the UniversalChain 18 saw is equipped with the latest anti-overload systems – ECP electronic protection system and thermal energy management system.

Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) system from BOSCH thanks to which the service life of the battery and motor has been extended several times, it protects the battery and motor from overloading and overheating and prevents deep discharge of the battery.

The thermal energy management system from BOSCH is a system that regulates the operation of the device in the event of an overheating hazard. It ensures optimal heat dissipation, reduces the temperature of the battery and protects the cells from excessive heating during operation.

SYSTEM POWER FOR ALL

That is one battery and one charger to support all power tools from the offer of amateur and garden tools from BOSCH.

This allows for a very free expansion of your cordless power tools in your workshop, and in addition to typical cordless power tools, BOSCH offers a very wide range of garden power tools.

Thanks to this solution, it is enough to have 1 or 2 batteries, 1 mains charger and a wide range of power tools, which from year to year will be developed with more and more interesting proposals from BOSCH.

The QUICK STOP jet brake stops the device within one tenth of a second, making the saw safe and guaranteeing stress-free operation. If the switch button is released, the exhaust brake stops the chain in one second, and thanks to the height stabilizer, the chain linking links reduce the tendency of the device to recoil and vibration.

The BOSCH SDS system facilitates and shortens the time of chain or chain replacement. Thanks to it, the replacement or adjustment of the chain tension is made without the use of any additional tools. Just a few simple steps, i.e.: fixing the chain, turning the setting wheel twice and the chainsaw is ready to work.
