FAQ:

• Can the maximum charging current be reached?

To protect the battery, the system automatically recognizes the battery voltage and selects the most suitable current to charge the battery. If the battery voltage is low (e.g. 36V battery voltage is lower than 30V), the system automatically charges the battery with maximum current. (3-stage charging current adjustment, high current, fast charging).

• LifePO4 battery is not fully charged?

When the battery is fully charged, it has a restoration function that reduces the charge level by about 1 V, which is a normal phenomenon. Once fully charged, add a small amount of electricity for uninterrupted charging.

• fan noise?

Fan noise is a normal phenomenon associated with heat dissipation.

Attention:

1. If you want to charge a battery with a capacity of less than 30AH, you need to charge it with minimal current.
