Intelligent battery charging without complicated operation

Automatic 12 V rectifier designed for charging popular lead-acid batteries and LiFePO4 12 V / 12,8 V batteries. The device is equipped with microprocessor control, a clear display and several work programs, so you can adjust the charging method to the type and application of the battery.

It will work both as a rectifier for the car, as well as for a motorcycle, scooter, quad or other vehicles using compatible 12 V batteries. On the packaging, the manufacturer also indicates the use of m.in. in boats/water scooters and tractors.

✅ 5 OPERATING MODES – ONE RECTIFIER FOR DIFFERENT BATTERIES

The rectifier allows you to select the appropriate program using the MODE button.

• CAR / CAR-TRUCK is designed for standard charging of most automotive lead-acid batteries.
• AGM / GEL / START-STOP is a program prepared for AGM, GEL, EFB batteries and used in vehicles equipped with a Start-Stop system.
• MOTORCYCLE / MOTORCYCLE provides gentler charging of smaller batteries and will work m.in. in motorcycles, scooters and quads.
• REPAIR / PULSE REPAIR is used to try to stimulate a heavily discharged, long unused or partially sulphurized battery.
• LiFePO4 is a dedicated program designed for 12 V / 12,8 V lithium iron phosphate batteries, the manufacturer of which allows charging with an external charger.

✅ PULSE REPAIR FUNCTION – BATTERY REGENERATION TEST

A long unused battery or partially sulphurized battery does not always have to be eligible for replacement immediately.

The PULSE REPAIR mode uses impulse operation and has been prepared to try to stimulate heavily discharged or weakened batteries. During operation, voltage and amperage indications may vary – this is normal for this program.

However, the repair function is not a solution for mechanically damaged batteries, with a compact or damaged cell or completely worn out.

IMPORTANT: PULSE REPAIR should not be used for LiFePO4 batteries.

✅ EASY TO READ LCD DISPLAY

The large panel allows you to control the operation of the rectifier without additional meters.

On the screen you can observe, among others, the current voltage V, current A, temperature, indicative level of charge and the current mode of operation.

The device also informs about reaching a full charge, an active regeneration program or incorrect connection of terminals.

✅ AUTOMATIC CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE

After selecting the right program, the rectifier controls the charging process. In programs designed for lead-acid batteries, the device can realize subsequent stages of charging, voltage control and maintenance.

After reaching the level of 100% / FULL, the rectifier can go into backup mode and limit the current to a safe level.

A maximum value of 10 A does not mean that the device charges with such current at all times. Depending on the condition of the battery, the system can automatically reduce the intensity during operation.

✅ AUTOMATIC WINTER/SUMMER MODE

Ambient temperature affects how the battery is charged. The BLOW rectifier has the function of adjusting the operating characteristics to temperature conditions.

Winter mode can be activated at low temperature, while summer mode can be activated at higher ambient temperature. Thanks to this, the charging process can be better adapted to the current conditions.

In the case of LiFePO4 batteries, do not charge below 0°C unless the manufacturer of the specific battery explicitly allows this possibility, e.g. thanks to the appropriate BMS system.

✅ SAFE AND SIMPLE OPERATION

The clear control panel and automatic parameter control make the device suitable for both home garage and workshop.

The rectifier signals, among other things, reverse connection of terminals, and the design uses a number of protections to protect the device and installation during proper operation. The packaging design is further indicated by m.in. protection against reverse connection and protection against high voltage.

✅ COMPACT – EASY TO STORE

The housing is about 150 × 85 × 62 mm, and the device itself weighs about 400 g. Thanks to its small dimensions, the rectifier will easily find a place in the garage, workshop, tool cabinet or trunk of the car.

The power cord is about 150 cm, while the charging cables with terminals are about 65 cm.
