It is able to assess battery voltage, starting power, and alternator performance, making it ideal for testing most lead-acid batteries. This multifunctional device assesses battery voltage and charge levels, starting voltage, no-load voltage, charging voltage and ripple voltage during charging. Its dynamic resistance measurement minimizes battery discharge and provides accurate results that are not affected by surface charge, parasitic loads (e.g. lights and indicators) or contact problems such as terminal oxidation and loose connections. In addition, the tester can connect to the desktop application, allowing users to view and print records from previous tests and update the device with the latest software updates.
