After using the applicator, it is recommended to wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water and liquid soap. Then dry under a stream of warm air, preferably with a dryer.

In order for the therapy to bring satisfactory results, it is necessary to choose the right applicator and its correct positioning. Especially in the case of mats, it is important to evenly distribute body weight. Under no circumstances can they be laid on a completely level surface. They should be dfitted to the profiling of the body, especially to the bends of the spine in the cervical and lumbar sections. It is worth using pillows or rolled towels for this. For the first 5 minutes you can feel slight discomfort caused by the sensation of stinging and heat on the surface of the body. Only after some time there is full relaxation and muscle relaxation.
