Akumata is a Poland acupressure mat with a pillow, designed by physiotherapists to relax the muscles of the whole body and reduce tension. With a larger surface area, it covers the back, thighs, and buttocks, while the sharp spikes provide intense massage and effective relaxation. Safe materials and cotton pillowcase give comfort of use. It is a medical device that helps in the fight against back pain and supports daily relaxation at home.

How to use an acupressure mat?
The acupressure mat is best applied directly to the body. During the first sessions, slight discomfort is felt, so it is recommended to start with a massage in a cotton shirt or through a thin material. After some time, the body will get used to the sharpness of the spikes and you will be able to do it without clothes.
The mat can be used lying down, sitting or standing. It all depends on individual preferences and what part of the body we care about the massage the most.
The recommended massage time is: 10-15 minutes a day (for beginners) and 20-40 minutes (for advanced).
Light redness of the skin is a natural phenomenon that disappears a few minutes after the end of the massage.
