A thousand spikes, by compressing selected areas of the body, improves blood circulation in the muscles, leading to their faster regeneration and the secretion of endorphins, which improve the mood and positively affect the action of neuropeptides - molecules whose task is to relieve pain.

REA SOUL MAT is made of natural materials. The 100% linen base ensures skin safety and proper ventilation of the mat. Coconut fiber does not absorb moisture and is highly hygienic. Buckwheat hulls, which the acupressure pillow is filled with, affect its precise adjustment to hard-to-reach places. The spikes are arranged in a distinctive patented shape. The protuberances cause twisting of the skin tissue and fascia, leading to the relaxation of muscle tension. In addition, they are glued using the HEAT-PRESS method, which consists in welding rosettes into a linen base. This method of attaching the spikes ensures high hypoallergenicity of the mat. The spikes placed on the mat have appropriate profiling and are sharp, which ensures intensive self-massage of the body while maintaining maximum safety.

How to clean REA MATE?

It can be washed using a delicate detergent. Rinse the washed mat well and then hang it to dry. Do not machine wash and do not tumble dry.

• The skin is sensitive and complains of skin ailments, after which the use of the mat could bring negative effects
