There are two types of security gateways. expansion and mounted and used on hinges. The main mistake made when buying expansion gates is the belief that they can be safely used without solid assembly (i.e. without drilling or any other method of stable embedding, information about this fact is most often in the assembly instructions). Expansion gates for structural reasons have a threshold and are made entirely of metal (i.e. a lot of chemistry in metal etching and varnish). Hinged gates as our product may require more care when assembling, but it is worth remembering that the product will serve us for several years to come.

Assembly and operation:

• barrier is mounted by screwing to the mounting surface, between the walls, in the door frame or to the stairs
• in the case of surfaces that we do not want to damage, you can purchase squares to which we will screw the mounting elements of the railing. The squares themselves can be attached, e.g. to the stair barrier by means of quick couplers
• Usage: The barrier is opened on hinges like a door, does not limit and does not narrow the passage. We open the with one hand lock and slightly lift the gate. In this way, we overcome the three blocks used in it. For us it is simple but our little one can not cope with it anymore
• gate can be easily removed from hinges (by removing locking caps)

The gate has been designed to protect our child as much as possible and provide as much ease of use as possible. The closure is easy to use (holding the child on our hands we can easily open and close our gate) at the same time it is impossible for our toddler to force through.

The gate is made of natural beech wood in combination with exotic wood. The polished surface is extremely smooth, the aesthetics of workmanship makes our product suitable for any interior.

The European standard EN 1930:2011 provides that security gates should be designed to ensure safety by preventing children from opening up to 2 years. Older children can already be developed enough to cope with the opening, but the gate can still fulfill its task by limiting access to the stairs. This is important because children often run, play near the stairs and therefore the gate should be closed, also at night when the child sometimes goes to the toilet on his own.

* Safety Certificate EN 1930:2011. It means that every element of the gate has been thoroughly checked. Fasteners, hinges, screws, lock design are tested - all these elements must withstand specific overloads. Also important is the construction of ladders, the distance between the rungs (it must be small enough so that the child can not push his head there). Also, the shape of the rungs that they are flat is not insignificant, which makes them much stronger and resistant to deformation. At the moment, only such a product will pass the approval.
