Improved flat-head in-ear headphones

MOONDROP first product, a decade ago, was a flat-head in-ear headphone – carefully designed, well-received, and central to the brand’s identity. With the Nice Buds model, the manufacturer returns to this classic format, enriching it with modern acoustic engineering, design innovations and user-focused solutions. Flat-head headphones are back in top form.

Powerful 15.4mm driver with improved bass tuning

Nice Buds utilize a specially tuned 15.4mm dynamic driver with a neodymium magnet that improves resonant coupling in an open-back design. This ensures a natural, smooth and pleasant sound tone. The dual rear chamber damping system – with a built-in bass boost tube and four high-damping vents – precisely controls low and mid-low frequencies. This makes the bass powerful and textured, without losing clarity in the midrange.

Precise front cover acoustics

To achieve higher sound purity, the front housing has been redesigned with optimized multi-hole ventilation and internal waveguide channels. This design ensures consistent airflow, stable wave guidance and natural dispersion across the entire frequency range, resulting in improved clarity and greater detail.

Earpad positioning limiter

Flat-head headphones often have the problem of the earpads slipping or falling off. Nice Buds solve this with a hub-like design that locks the earbuds firmly in place. This improves acoustic coherence, prevents shifting and increases comfort during long-term use.

Ergonomic asymmetric design with improved bass response

Instead of a traditional symmetrical housing, Nice Buds use an asymmetrical geometry tailored to the anatomy of the ear. This allows for closer contact with the tragus and the entrance of the ear canal, reducing fatigue and improving stability. The improved seal further enhances the bass, giving flat-head headphones a deeper and fuller sound.

Modernist aesthetics and clean geometric lines

Inspired by the classic form of the MX500 but redesigned according to the principles of modern minimalism, Nice Buds combine structure, comfort, precision craftsmanship and attractive appearance. Available in transparent and black-transparent versions, they offer simplicity in a modern version.
