P: How to connect carplay and Android car?
A: Search for the Bluetooth "carplay" device on your mobile phone. When you connect it for the first time, your mobile phone will prompt you, click to use your device or trust.
P: How to connect mirror link?
A: Before the phone is connected, click the phoneLink function of the device, change the option of automatic connection in the appropriate phone type to mirror, then connect the phone data cable and click the appropriate authorization at the end of the phone to connect.
P: How to get sound through the car horn?
A: There are three points about the sound problem:
1. Our device is equipped with a small speaker that can make a sound, it can be turned off by setting;
2. Stream audio to the original car radio via the FM transmission function of the device (for example, select 86.3MHZ on the device, then play U disk music, then search for 86.3MHZ on the car radio);
3. Use the 3.5mmAUX cable to transmit the sound to the original car player via the AUX OUT interface of the machine (some models do not support this function, detailed information can be found in the product interface description).
Q: Bluetooth connection fails or some features are incorrect when connected?
A: Use your mobile phone to search for the Bluetooth of the machine, and the name is "carplay"; Remove devices that have been paired but are not connected to your phone. Some Bluetooth devices that have been paired with each other may cause the Bluetooth of the phone to not be paired with other devices or its function is incorrect.
P: Will the Bluetooth connection not automatically connect to your car or Android automatic?
A: Some connected Bluetooth devices will cause our device not to jump automatically. Remove all paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone, restart the Bluetooth of your mobile phone and vehicle device, and reconnect the Bluetooth connection.
P: Playing music and talking on the phone too quietly?
A: Hold the top of the screen with your finger and swipe down. You can adjust the playback volume when you pull the status bar; When you return to the home screen during a call, you can adjust the call volume in the status bar.
P: Forgot the time and date?
A: Due to the high temperature in the car in summer, to ensure safety, the machine has no battery, so it can not remember the time and date. When you connect your mobile phone, it will automatically update the time and date.
P: Can't read or play SD music, USB music and videos?
A: Please use 8G or 16G memory card or USB flash drive. Format the storage device to make sure the storage device file system is the default value; Partially encoded video or music may not be recognized by the device, please use media files in the popular format.
