OBD2 mode can work with OBD2 gasoline vehicles manufactured after 2004 in the USA and OBD2 gasoline vehicles manufactured after 2008 in other countries.
The device does not work with all cars manufactured before 2008, moreover, it does not support OBD of American, French and Italian cars (Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, Fiat, Maserati, Lamborghini) and some Japanese cars (Suzukl, Mazda 6, Infiniti QX50/Q50/Q501/QX56, Toyota Avanza after 2013, Lexus IS250/EX250/ES300H, Honda Jazz and CRV) as well as with some KIA and HYUNDAI (Hyundai Sonata from 2013, Kia Soul 2017).
