Pool water care is crucial for maintaining hygiene, user health, and pool longevity. Regular use of appropriate pool chemistry prevents the growth of algae, bacteria and other microorganisms that can pollute water and cause health problems. Crystal clear water is not only aesthetics, but also safety and comfort of bathing.

〰 Application of Alba Antialgae

Alba Antialgae is a highly concentrated, liquid preparation designed to combat algae in swimming pools. The problem of algae in the pool is common, especially in warm, sunny conditions. Algae can multiply quickly, causing green, opaque water and slippery surfaces, which increases the risk of slips and falls.

☝ Prevention of algae growth

In water with a temperature above 20 degrees Celsius, there is an increased growth of bacteria and germs. The higher the temperature, the faster the development. To inhibit this process, oxidizing agents in the form of organic and inorganic chlorine compounds (in the form of granules or tablets) or preparations based on active oxygen are used. These substances “burn” microorganisms and thus disinfect the water in the basin. The ideal concentration of free chlorine is 0,6 – 1,0 mg/l (the active oxygen content should be greater than 5 mg/l).

Algae reproduce very quickly and are able to cover the walls and bottom of the pool with a slippery, greenish layer within a few hours. They should not be allowed to develop and eliminated from pool water. Prophylactic use of appropriate measures will also reduce the consumption of disinfectant.

⚠ Use

First dosage : 100ml /10m3 of water in the swimming pool, Refill : every 7-10 days approx. 50ml /10m3 of water in the pool. Calculated, diluted Alba as much as possible in a ratio of 1:10, pour along the edge of the pool. In open swimming pools at higher water temperature and appropriate atmospheric influences, increase the dosage. Working filters and floating ones ensure mixing.

• First dosage: 100ml of product per 10m³ of pool water.
• Replenishment: Every 7-10 days about 50ml per 10m³ water.
• Shock dose: Every 6 weeks, depending on your needs, from 300 to 600 ml per 10m³ of water.
