Neopox Pool is a two-component solvent-based epoxy paint containing UV filters, suitable for painting swimming pools, fountains, ponds and concrete structures working in immersion.

• Provides coating hardness, high resistance to abrasion and yellowing,
• Fits perfectly,
• Waterproof anti-osmosis paint,
• Resistant to algae growth,
• Highly resistant to chlorine,
• Resistant to UV radiation – does not fade and does not turn yellow,
• With concrete moisture below 4%, it does not require soil - the first layer is diluted with solvent for epoxy products (the manufacturer recommends the use of a systemic diluent Neotex 1021),
• Temperature resistant: short-term operation from -50°C to 140°C; continuous operation from -20°C to 70°C.

On this auction we offer a pack weighing 1kg in blue. Neopox Pool is a two-component paint (the price is for a set, i.e. a base with a hardener).

For the correct application of the product, it is required to use a thinner intended for epoxy products. We recommend the Neotex® 1021 system thinner, available in sets with the product or separately at other auctions.

Selected properties:

• Consumption: 125-165 gr/m2 for one layer; three coats should be applied when painting a new pool. If the substrate has already been painted before, and the old paint adheres well, then it is enough to apply two layers,
• Coating thickness: 60-80 microns dry for one layer,
• Finish: gloss,
• Color: white or blue.

Neopox Pool - application on various substrates:

• Moist or fresh concrete: apply the primer to damp substrates Neopox Primer WS, then apply two coats of paint
• Concrete pulling moisture from the ground (no insulation or insulation is improperly made): e.g. Neopox Primer AY
• Metal: prime the surface with one layer of Neopox Primer 815, diluted with 8-10% Neotex 1021 thinner. Degrease the surface with Emulsole RN-1.
• Wood and polyester: the substrate should be sanded (not smooth). Subsequent layers should be diluted as in the case of concrete painting.
• Tile: apply RO3333 epoxy adhesive primer and then apply two coats of paint.

The painted substrate should be clean, dry and dusted. Concrete should be seasoned 28 days.

Systemic soils depending on the type of substrate:

• CONCRETE SUBSTRATES - the substrate should be primed, e.g. Epoxol Primer - two-component solvent epoxy primer,Epoxol Primer SF - two-component, solvent-free epoxy primer,Epoxol Primer SF-P - two-component, solvent-free epoxy primer,ideal for substrates with increased porosity,Neopox® Primer WS - two-component, solvent-free,epoxy primer for wet surfaces (without standing water and rising moisture),Neopox Primer AY - two-component, solvent-free,anti-osmotic epoxy primer for surfaces with increased humidity,Acqua Primer - two-component, water-based epoxy primer.
• METALLIC SUBSTRATES - Neopox Primer 815, Neopox Special Primer 1225 - two-component, anti-corrosion solvent-based epoxy primers
• GALVANIZED SUBSTRATE/ STAINLESS STEEL - Neotex Inox Primer - single-component, water-based primer

System diluent for Neotex products.

It is used to give the right consistency when applying products, m.in. Neopox Pool. In addition, it is ideal as a tool cleaner immediately after the application of the listed products. However, it should be remembered that already hardened dirt can only be removed mechanically.

Remember that properly selected auxiliary products (e.g. grounds, thinners) and accessories will facilitate correct application, speed up work and ensure high quality of the final result.
