How to use?
Effective chemical and safe water treatment is based on the correct setting of two basic parameters: pH value and chlorine content in the pool water. Mini tester has the ability to test also bromine
Therefore, it is recommended to analyze the water at least once a week and dose care products accordingly. Thanks to regular control of water values, products can be effectively dispensed.
How to check the water with a pool tester?
- Rinse the tester and fill with pool water.
- Throw PHENOL RED into the PH chamber, DPD1 into the CL chamber, close the tester and mix well until the tablets dissolve completely.
- Compare the colour of the pH solution with the graduation next to it. If the color of the water in the pH window corresponds to the color of the graduation within 7,0 ~ 7,4, then the pH of the water is good. If the value is greater than 7,4, a ph lowering agent (ph minus) should be added to the water. If the value is less than 7,0, a water ph raising agent should be added to the water (use according to the manufacturer’s instructions).
- Compare the staining of the chlorine solution with the graduation next to it. If the color corresponds to a graduation color of 0,3 ~ 0,5 mg/l, then the chlorine content is suitable. If it is smaller, add chlorine (according to the manufacturer's instructions). If it is larger, wait until it decreases under the influence of evaporation and light.
