Winter Swimmer Gre 40580 – Protection of the Swimming Pool against Frost

The Gre winter float is a crucial piece of equipment for any garden pool owner, used to secure the basin during the winter. Its main task is to take over the pressure of ice formed on the surface of the water, which effectively protects the construction of the pool from costly mechanical damage.

Key advantages of the product:

• Protection of the pool structure: During freezing, water increases its volume, generating great pressure on the pool walls. The winter float absorbs these forces, preventing the formation of cracks and deformation of the basin.
• Simple and secure installation: Each float is equipped with two upper mounting holes. They allow you to easily connect several elements together and securely attach them to the edge of the pool, which prevents them from moving under the influence of wind.
• High material resistance: Made of durable plastic resistant to negative temperatures and UV radiation, which guarantees multi-season use without losing its protective properties.
• Optimal configuration: The special design allows the float to be ballasting, so that it floats on the surface of the water in a way that provides the best ice absorption.

Assembly recommendations:

For maximum efficiency, floats should be placed along the diagonal of the pool (bevel relative to the surface). For larger pools, it is recommended to combine several swimmers into one line. The product shows the best effectiveness in combination with winter chemistry and a professional pool cover.
