Battery and installation tester BDT7000 12/24V with color LCD display and printer is designed for WET / VRLA / GEL / EFB / AGM Spiral / AGM flat batteries.

It allows you to verify:

• battery charge status and actuation capacity of 12V batteries used in vehicles (BATTERY TEST)
• functioning of the vehicle start-up system 12/24V (START-UP TEST)
• functioning of the charging circuit in the vehicle 12/24V (ALTERNATOR TEST)

Using the tester, we can choose the battery standard: EN, JIS, DIN, IEC, SAE

Lowest and highest starting current (CCA) values that can be tested:

• EN: 100 - 1800 A
• IEC: 100 -1200 A
• DIN: 100 - 1200 A
• SAE: 100 - 2000 A
• JIS: 100 - 2000A

The ambient temperature enabling proper use of the tester is contained in the range from -10°C to 50°C.

As a result of the BATTERY TEST, the value of the actual starting current is given:

• Efficient battery
• Good - charge
• Charge and test
• Replace
• Damaged cell - replace

As a result of the ALTERNATOR TEST, the battery voltage value is given:

• Charging voltage OK
• No charging voltage
• Low charging voltage
• High charging voltage

As a result of the STARTER TEST, the value of the lowest battery voltage obtained during start-up is given:

• Starting voltage OK
• Low start-up voltage
• No start-up

In certain cases, the device may inform us about:

• connection of terminals in reverse polarity
• lack of voltage or too low battery voltage
• the need to replace the battery in the tester
• the need to replace paper in the printer

Choosing the type of test is very simple, and the results do not require the interpretation of the person working with the tester.
