The welding machine module is equipped with two operating modes, and the electrodes permanently attached to the device housing (current level setting 0~99) allow welding of nickel strips with a thickness of 0.03~0.2mm (0.15mm for pure nickel).
Notes on the use of SUNKKO 737 welding machine:
1. In order to achieve a good welding effect, the welding machine should be connected to a wall outlet to ensure stable power supply.
2. Due to the temporary large welding current, the rated operating current of the current switch should be 40-63A.
3. Set the pressure regulator to the appropriate value.
4. Keep the surface of the needles clean by cleaning them with sandpaper.
5. Keep the welding needles sharp.
6. When using the welding machine, temporary flashes of light may appear. The device uses high power and immediately discharges high intensity.

(3) P2 or P1 will start flashing. Select a pulse with the up or down button.
(4) Press (*) to confirm. The device will start working when the number stops flashing.
(5) Set higher current for welding material thicker than 0.1mm.
(6) Read the instructions when you have any doubts.
