Bazalt is the most commonly recommended type of volcanic rock used during manual therapy. Thanks to its smooth texture and high resistance to high temperature, it is perfect for performing massages at higher temperatures. Hot stone massage combines elements of classical massage, aromatherapy, acupressure and thermal therapy. It soothes a tense body and a tired mind.
