Hip belts in two versions:

When completing the elements of the set, note that hip belts are made in two versions due to the type of carrier belts: light Light PP in col. only black or resistant Alp PA in two combinations with shades of red.

The classic hip belt is recommended for light recreation with the dog, i.e. for trekking, running, trotting and for a walk. The belt offers the comfort of free hands without holding a leash and the risk of arm injury, allowing you to move freely in any terrain. The Lite Trek PP model works perfectly in combination with dogs that pull lightly or moderately, as well as with smaller breeds. Nevertheless, this design can be extended with a lumbar connector turning the belt into a versatile Run Race model.

We offer hip belts in every size. After purchase, please specify the minimum circumference at the waist or at the waist wearing height - this will be the minimum adjustment range, from this place it is approx. 45%, but only up.

Example: the range of adjustment of the belt made to a circumference of at least 80 cm. is 80-116 cm.

Choosing the right hip belt model.

The classic hip belt is designed for light forms of use, such as walking, trekking or trotting with a dog that does not pull or pull lightly, while the belt is mainly designed to provide free hands.

Due to the lack of a lumbar connector, the classic hip belt is designed exclusively for light forms of activity. Thus, we do not recommend this model for sports, dynamic running or heavy use, especially for women with a hip circumference larger than the waist. In addition, if the weight of a strongly pulling dog exceeds 1/3 of the weight of the caregiver, the model of the hip belt with a lumbar connector will most likely be necessary - the choice of the right model of the hip belt is therefore extremely important.

In case of doubt, the lumbar connector is a component of the hip belt, which means that the classic Lite Trek model has connectors for it - so it can be purchased and connected in the future by obtaining a Run Race sports belt.

Hip Belt Correction Shock Absorbers

It should also be remembered that the shock absorbers of the hip belt connectors are corrective and do not absorb strong strokes like a suspension rope - hip belts are therefore not adjusted to the weight of the dog / team.
