Trail running poles Kiprun carbon three-piece
Our team-designed trail running poles to help you save strength and maintain balance as you overcome elevations. Looking for support during long runs with elevations? Here are extremely light poles made for you. Don't waste time running: fold them in one move.
To choose the correct size of the poles, grab them and lean them against the ground: the bent hands should form a right angle. - Runner height 155 - 170 cm = poles 110 cm - Runner height 171 - 181 cm = poles 120 cm - Runner height over 182 cm = poles 130 cm
For people running in the field, the priority criteria for choosing poles are compact design and speed of unfolding. That is why we have developed very light poles (282 g pair). When folded, our 110 cm poles measure 37 cm (40 cm in size 130 cm and 43 cm in size 130 cm), so they will not disturb you during your run. (From)run with ease!
