Our compact weather station allows you to conveniently monitor conditions in two independent locations using the intuitive Tuya or Smart Life app. The kit includes a WiFi base station and two wireless sensors that accurately measure temperature and humidity, transmitting data via 433 MHz radio frequency (RF).

Instead of a traditional LCD screen, this station uses a mobile app, so you can check conditions in your home, office, garage, or basement anytime, from anywhere in the world. Additionally, each sensor is displayed separately in the app, making it easy to manage and assign them to specific rooms.

The small sensors (72x25x20mm) can be easily hung or attached with adhesive, and the USB-C powered base station can operate continuously without battery changes. This is a convenient, energy-efficient, and reliable solution for users who value simplicity and functionality in their smart home systems.

The weather station also offers access to historical measurement data and the ability to export data to an XLSX file. You can easily select a date range, sampling frequency (e.g., every 5 minutes, every hour, once a day), and then share the file via email, SMS, or other apps. This allows you to analyze the data on your computer or archive it according to your needs.

Installation and dimensions of weather station

The weather station control panel has been designed to be placed on a stable surface – e.g. on a shelf, cabinet or windowsill. With its compact dimensions, it can easily fit in any room without being conspicuous.

Each of the sensors can be easily:

• glue – using double-sided mounting tape (included).

No screws, drilling, or additional accessories are required. Installation is quick, simple and non-invasive – also ideal for rented apartments.

Preview in the app

All sensor data is presented directly in the Tuya or Smart Life app. Each sensor is visible separately in the list of devices, and also inside the interface of the weather station. Thanks to this, you can quickly check the conditions in different rooms, give them their own names (e.g. “pantry”, “garage”, “child’s room”) and set individual alarms.

Thanks to this, you gain full control over the conditions prevailing in selected rooms – regardless of whether it is food storage, pet comfort or proper conditions in the home server room.

Data graphs and analysis

The weather station offers an extensive data analysis system in the Tuya or Smart Life app. The user has access to temperature and humidity measurement charts from each sensor – both separately in the sensor interface and in the weather station view.

Charts in the sensor:

Charts in the weather station (tab "Curve"):

• Selection of the sensor whose data is to be presented
• Hourly linear chart – ideal for short-term analysis; allows you to export data to an XLSX file (separately for temperature and humidity)
• Graph divided into days / weeks / months – allows you to see data in medium (average) or extreme (max/min) terms

This allows you to easily analyze temperature and humidity fluctuations, e.g. in the basement, pantry or child's room. The data export function allows you to additionally save measurements on your computer – ideal for people who need reports or documentation of conditions in the room.

How to export data to XLSX file

Tuya / Smart Life app allows you to conveniently export data from temperature and humidity sensors to an Excel file (. xlsx). This allows you to analyze measurements on your computer, archive data or share them with others.

Step by step:

1. Open the Tuya or Smart Life app.
2. Go to the device "Weather station".
3. Click on the “Curve” tab (graphs).
4. Select the name of the sensor whose data you want to export.
5. Click the “Export” button.
6. Select: data type: temperature or humidity (export is done separately), recording frequency: every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1h or 24h, time range: set the date and time "Start time" and "End time".
7. Click “Export” and then “Share”.
8. Choose how to send data: e-mail, SMS, instant messenger, etc.

Worth knowing:

• The data is saved in a format. xlsx – ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
• The “#” symbol may appear in the file – this means that the sensor has not registered the data at the moment (e.g. due to loss of signal).
• The “Input email” function in the application may work unstable – we recommend using the “Share” button and sending the link yourself.

Sensor and alarm settings (push)

Each of the temperature and humidity sensors can be configured individually in the Tuya / Smart Life app. Thanks to this, the user has full control over the range of measurements and the system’s reactions to changes in conditions.

What can be set in the sensor?

• Giving your own name (e.g. "Garage", "Children's Room", "Pantry")
• Measurement calibration: temperature: -2°C to +2°C, humidity: -10% to +10% RH
• Temperature units: °C or °F
• Battery level preview (%)
• Alarms and push notifications: Possibility to set warning thresholds: separately for temperature and humidity, for each sensor separately
• Alarms available:too low temperature/humidity, too high temperature/humidity, low battery level in sensor
• Push notifications are sent directly to your phone – even when you’re away from home

This is a very useful feature, e.g. in the case of monitoring food storage conditions, pet safety or protection against room moisture.
