1. Start button- located on the front of the top of the grinder, is used to start and stop grinding with one click.

How to use the device?

1. Open the grain container. Turn the top of the grinder clockwise until the grain container unlocks. Remove it gently, holding the grinder securely in your hand.
2. Pour in the coffee beans. Pour the selected amount of coffee beans into the container - preferably as much as you need for a single brew. Do not overfill the container so that the grinder can work evenly.
3. Close the container. Put the container back on the grinder and turn it counterclockwise until you feel a clear close. Make sure everything is well twisted so that the grains do not spill out during grinding.
4. Set the grinding thickness. Turn the adjustment ring, choosing the right grinding thickness - finer for espresso and coffee maker, thicker for drip or French press. Check the markings on the scale to make it easier to repeat your favorite setting.
5. Start the grinder. Place the grinder on the ground coffee container and make sure it is stable. Press the button to start grinding, and wait for the device to finish working or stop it again by pressing the button.
6. Brew your coffee. Unscrew the container with freshly ground coffee and pour it into the selected accessory - coffee maker, drip, coffee maker or French press. Pour the right amount of water and enjoy freshly brewed coffee.

Adjust the thickness of the coffee grind to the type of coffee you are preparing

• 0 to 5 - Espresso

  Very fine grinding, consistency similar to powder. Ideal for pressure machines where water flows under high pressure through a tightly beaten coffee puck.

• 5 to 10 - Coffee maker (Moka)

  Small grinding, but not as dusty as for espresso. The grains are palpable under the finger, the coffee does not clog the coffee maker strainer, and at the same time gives an intense taste.

• 10 to 20 - Drip / hand transfer (Hand Drip)

  Average grinding – something between fine sand and thicker sugar crystals. Such ground coffee will work well in drippers, paper filters and overflow coffee machines.

• 20 - 25 - French Press

  Thick grinding, with clearly visible particles. Thanks to this, coffee does not get through the metal plunger strainer and does not get too cloudy or too bitter.

• 20 - 25 - Cold brew / cold extraction pot

  Also coarse grinding, similar to French press. Large coffee particles are ideal for hours of slow extraction in cold water, without excessive bitterness.
