Biological starter – natural nitrifying bacteria

Biological starter are bacteria necessary to start and maintain biological processes, ensuring natural balance and clean and transparent water in the pond. The preparation contributes to accelerating the “ripening” of the biological filter. Thanks to this, the filter gets its efficiency faster. The preparation should always be applied to newly established ponds or after changing water in quantity to activate biological processes and in the case of other water reservoirs in early spring to accelerate them.

The measured dose of the agent should be mixed in a watering can with water, and then spread evenly over the entire surface of the pond. The biological starter can also be poured directly into the filter. However, it should be remembered that after using the preparation, in the case of UVC filters, you should hold off for a minimum of 24 hours with the lamps turned on.

Recommended dosage:

• 1 liter per 5.000 liters of water in a pond for fresh water.
• 1 liter per 20000 liters of water in a pond in case of mature water.
