The CARBONE PLUS pancake pan produced by de BUYER with a diameter of 26 cm is made of high quality carbon steel with a thickness of 2,5 to 3 mm. The product is ideal for frying and is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction cooktops. The pan conducts heat perfectly. Steel is the best metal for frying crispy, tasty pancakes. The short walls allow for easy tossing and flipping of the pancake.

After some time, the steel pan becomes completely black, which means that a layer of carbon patina has been created in it, responsible for not sticking fried products to the pan.

Hardening: The best steel pan is one that has been hardened and that has blackened after several times use. Changing the color of steel is the normal reaction of steel to contact with high temperature.

Before first use: Boil a cup of water with potato peels in the pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Pour out the peels and rinse the pan. Pour a thin layer of oil over the pan and fry it for a few minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and wipe it with a paper towel.

Cleaning after each use:
