How to choose the size?

• 6 oz for the youngest aged 7-9 years.
• 8 oz for children aged 10-13 years and for women up to 60 kg body weight.
• The most commonly chosen gloves are 10 oz and 12 oz - these are gloves on normal size men's hands.
• Please note that: 10 oz are more suitable for competitions or tournaments, while 12 oz are typical training gloves.
• 14 oz and 16 oz for a larger hand or from approx. 80 kg of body weight.
