Port euLINK-DALI is a peripheral module dedicated to cooperation with euLINK Lite and euLINK 2G gates.

To connect, use a 10-wire ribbon with a length of max. 15cm, terminated with MicroMatch plugs (included).

euLINK-DALI modules can be cascaded to the euLINK gate in the 2G version in the amount of max.4 pcs., to the euLINK Lite gate in the amount of max.2 pcs.

Each module is responsible for communication with a separate DALI bus, on which (according to the DALI specification) up to 64 independent lighting fixtures can work.

The EULINK_DALI module requires an additional 15V Dali power supply.

The main advantages of using euLINK-DALI

• Luminaires (or groups thereof) imported via EULINK gateway via euLINK-DALI into the Fibaro HC2/HCL/HC3/HC3L/YUBII control panel appear as virtual devices and can be used in an intelligent system just like typical Fibaro modules (e.g. dimmers).
• Manual control via buttons can be realized using special DALI devices but also using FIBARO devices, by creating associations or scenes.
• Management of DALI products using the FIBARO system enables the creation of a truly intelligent environment in which not only lighting devices but also recuperators, gates, roller shutters, air conditioners, etc. cooperate with each other.

The tape comes with a cascade connection and expansion with additional ports.

For the integration of FIBARO - DALI, the following device is necessary, which is not the subject of this auction.

Multiprotocol gateway euLINK Lite 1G RS-485/MODBUS/DALI.

The device is dedicated to integration with the FIBARO system of products communicating via the DALI bus and/or using Modbus RTU /TCP, RTS protocols.

The euLINK gateway is a unique device that integrates FIBARO with DALI lighting control systems.

Necessary devices for FIBARO & DALI integration:

1. The euLINK gateway for DALI control requires an additional device which is the euLINK DALI port, the device must be purchased separately and is available at our auctions.
2. We can connect 1-2 DALI ports to the euLINK Lite gateway.
3. We can connect 1-4 DALI ports to the euLINK 2G gateway.
4. Each port can communicate with 64 DALI "addresses".
5. Each euLINK DALI port also requires the purchase and installation of a 15V DALI bus power supply (available in our auctions).

How is the FIBARO & DALI integration implemented?

1. We can configure a new group of DALI luminaires, as well as control an existing (previously fully configured) group of DALI luminaires.
2. Each DALI "address" is a single LED single color lighting fixture or 1 of 3 colors for RGB lighting. If we use sensors or other devices in the DALI installation, each of them will be represented in the DALI network as a separate "address"
3. The euLINK gateway scans the connected installation via the DALI port and thus has an up-to-date list of luminaires on the DALI bus. Attention!!! Each luminaire or other device must be pre-programmed to be visible in the DALI bus. For this you should use a special device and/or software dedicated to DLAI (DALI programmer available at our auctions).
4. The luminaires prepared in this way (or groups thereof) are then automatically imported into the Fibaro HC2/HCL/HC3/HC3L/YUBII control panel as virtual devices with the same bulb icon as ordinary Fibaro modules (e.g. dimmers).
5. After correctly importing devices from the euLINK gateway to the FIBARO control panel, the status of each brought lighting fixture is automatically updated in the FIBARO control panel, but it does so only if it detects the actual state change on the DALI bus. Pressing the "bulb" icon in the FIBARO application (on a smartphone, tablet or computer) will send from the FIBARO control panel to euLINK the command to turn on or off the appropriate DALI luminaire, which will be converted into a command sent via the DALI bus with the destination address of the indicated DALI luminaire or group of luminaires. In this way, the FIBARO user is able to control DALI luminaires in the same way as light sources powered by Z-Wave modules.

• If the DALI luminaire has dimming functions, it will be represented as a "bulb with slider",
• If the luminaire performs only the on/off function, it will be a bulb as a kind of switch (as is the case, e.g. for FGS-223 modules).
• The euLINK gateway also supports DALI LED RGB(W) luminaires.
