The KD10211 paint gun is a pneumatic tool with a nozzle with a diameter of 0,8 mm and a top tank with a capacity of 150 ml. Designed for spraying waterborne varnishes, primer acrylics, putty and metallized and pearl paints – both in workshop conditions and in hobby work.

Characteristics of the KD10211 pistol

Nozzle 0,8 mm

The small diameter of the nozzle allows for precise application of thin layers of material. It works well in retail painting works, painting elements with a small area and in the application of metallized varnishes, where uniformity of spraying is crucial for the final effect.

Adjustable jet and spray pattern

Two knobs located on the body of the gun allow independent adjustment of the amount of material fed and the shape of the stream in the range of 50 to 100 mm. This allows you to adjust the operating parameters to the type of varnish and the size of the painted surface without replacing the nozzle.

Tank 150 ml

The upper tank with a capacity of 150 ml is suitable for work requiring smaller amounts of material — e.g. when retouching, painting details or testing color. The smaller capacity reduces paint losses when finished and makes it easier to clean the tool.

1/4" connector and compressor requirements

The gun is equipped with a standard 1/4" connector, compatible with most cables and quick couplers on the market. Air consumption of 141 l/min requires a compressor capable of maintaining a stable flow – check the performance of your device before connecting.

Selection of compressor – what to look for

The KD10211 requires a working pressure between 2 and 3,5 bar and an air flow of 141 l/min. Compressors with small tanks (less than 24 l) may not provide sufficiently stable pressure during continuous operation. It is recommended to use a compressor with a capacity of at least 150 to 180 l/min and a tank from 24 l upwards.
