The GDB 180 WE diamond drilling rig from BOSCH Professional enables efficient drilling in reinforced concrete, concrete and natural stone. It is used in very demanding tasks in plumbing, when drilling for sewer pipes, when installing air conditioning and ventilation, as well as heat pumps or storm sewage systems.

The diamond drilling rig can be drilled both dry and wet. Its small size and weight mean that the drilling rig can be used for drilling from the hand as well as using the GCR 180 tripod from BOSCH.

Powerful and highly efficient 2.000W motor for fast and precise diamond crown drilling of holes up to 180 mm in diameter

The 2-speed transmission enables you to adjust the rotational speed to the operations performed both in terms of the diameter of the crown used and the hardness of the material being processed.

Durable and very durable transmission immersed in oil ensures a very long service life and allows a large range of drilled holes up to 180 mm in concrete.

The transmission housing made of strong and durable metal alloy provides the mechanisms with high stability, precise attachment and high service life.

LAPP power cable with residual current switch provides very high operational safety. If the cable is damaged, the circuit breaker will immediately cut off the power supply to the device.

Large and convenient switch with lock for continuous operation provides great comfort and safety when operating the device.

Tool holder with 1 1/4” UNC thread used for fixing diamond crowns with the possibility of using a 1/2" adapter for the use of crowns with smaller diameters.

Water cooling system by supplying water through the center of the drilling crown ensures a long service life of diamond crowns. Included with the drill is an adapter with a shut-off valve and a garden connector that allows you to connect a hydronet or hose connected to the water supply network.

Dust extraction system during dry drilling. Included with the drill is an adapter for connecting the vacuum cleaner.

Inrush current limiter makes the drilling rig run smoothly and reduces inrush current so that the device can be used in standard electrical installations.

RESTART PROTECTION – this system prevents the device from starting automatically after a power outage. To restart the power tool, press the RESET button of the residual current protection circuit breaker.

Overload switch protects the device from damage. When the overload is too high, the mechanism will turn off the drill.

Initial speed selection - two rotational speeds can be pre-set using the gear switch.
