The DBX DRYER boxing glove refresher is a product designed to take care of the hygiene of sports equipment – especially boxing gloves, shoes, helmets and protectors.

DBX DRYER effectively removes moisture, which is the main cause of mold and fungi on training equipment resulting in an unpleasant odor.

During training, sweat soaks into your sports equipment, which in combination with high temperature and exfoliated epidermis and external pollution provides an excellent development environment for molds and fungi.

Molds and fungi not only cause unpleasant but can also lead to allergies and difficult to treat fungal infections.

Both molds and fungi need moisture to develop, so the basic method of prevention is thorough drying of equipment after training. Unfortunately, for some products such as boxing gloves, shoes or training discs, this process is hampered by limited airflow.

DBX Dryer is a reusable product, if after some time you notice its reduced effectiveness, leave it in a dry sunny place, thanks to which it will regain a significant part of its original absorbent properties.

Method of use:

• Open foil packaging and remove white cartridges
• Insert cartridges into gloves or other equipment you want to dry
• After dehumidification, leave the cartridges in a dry best sunny place

Tip: During periods when you do not use cartridges, store them in an airtight seal because I will absorb moisture from the air. You can use the string bags provided as packaging for this purpose.

1. How long can I use the DBX Dryer?

The effectiveness of the product depends on the intensity of use and the level of moisture of the equipment. Its service life can be significantly extended by drying in a warm sunny place (e.g. on the window sill). The average duration of effectiveness of the product is 4 to 6 months.

2. An unpleasant smell comes out of my gloves/shoes – will the DBX Dryer remove it 100%?

The product will certainly reduce the intensity of the fragrance, but it will not eliminate it 100%. The task of DBX Dryer is prevention, i.e. preventing the equipment from being fungal by drying it, if fungi and molds have already strongly absorbed into the structure of the material, additional use of chemicals may be necessary.

3. What equipment can I use DBX Dryer for?

Its size and shape have been mainly matched with training gloves, shoes, helmets and protectors. However, there are no obstacles to using it for other products.

4. How long should the drying process take?

It depends on the degree of moisture. For best results, we recommend that you pre-dry your equipment immediately after training by leaving it at room temperature for a few hours. Free air flow will remove most of the moisture. The task of the DBX Dryer will be to dry hard-to-reach places.
