Our smoke detector presents data in real time and reading histories, after entering the sensor in the application, we can see whether it is in the alarm state, possible notification of the alarm, we can change the name of the sensor, see the battery status and stories of operation (smoke detection case)

By clicking the "+" icon on the main screen in the app you will move to the scene settings. The scene is otherwise automatic action that will perform itself. Thanks to the possibility of connecting other devices, you can use them turn off the power when smoke is detected

Assembly

Attach the mounting lid to the surface, in the figure you can see the spacing of the mounting holes, after installing the lid, insert the batteries into the device (no batteries included).

If the LED on the device does not flash at a constant frequency, hold the button on the top of the device on the housing for about 6 seconds until the "test" diode begins to flash - now the sensor is in pairing mode.

Before you start adding your smoke detector to the app , make sure you have a Zigbee gateway configured and within range of the detector.

1. Open the Zigbee gateway in the app and search for a new device.
2. Once you find the sensor, give it a name to easily identify it.
3. Then apply the smoke detector to the lid and gently twist to fix it. Do not use a lot of force – the elements fit together with a slight tightening.

Thanks to these steps, the device will be properly mounted and ready for operation.

The device works with Tuya Smart and Smart Life – popular applications for IoT devices (Internet of Things)
