Our SD-PMC101 bread and ice cream baking machine allows you to prepare smaller bread, perfect for your lifestyle and home needs. With the included ice cream container, you can create your own treats in just 25 minutes without the additives – or mochi with a mochi blade. Whether you choose gluten-free bread or artisan bread, pasta, pizza, jam or ice cream – you have 34 automatic programs for healthy eating at home.

3 automatic ice cream programs

Whether it’s ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbets – you decide for yourself what ingredients will be in your frozen dessert. Choose ingredients without artificial additives such as berries and bananas, and even zucchini and carrots. You can also get creative by using country cheese or plant-based alternatives. Each freezing program lasts only 25 minutes.

Ice Cream Container Included

Making ice cream is quick and easy. There is no need to freeze ingredients beforehand, so even at the last minute you can decide what you want. Place the container you have frozen for 8 to 16 hours in a bread machine along with a special blade, then set the automatic program to a frozen delicacy and add 300 ml of liquid ingredients. After just 25 minutes you can enjoy 350 to 400 ml of ice cream (approx. 7 to 8 knobs of 50 ml each).

Healthy bread in an easy way

The bread machine works completely automatically – from adding yeast or dried fruit/nuts at the right time, to kneading, growing and baking. All steps and temperature work perfectly with our state-of-the-art motor to provide you with tasty and fluffy bread. With an anti-stick coating, you can easily remove bread from the mold.

Two temperature sensors

For baking bread weighing 640 to 1100 g, choose a larger bread maker (SD-YR2550, SD-YR2540, SD-R2530, SD-B2510). You can also choose our Mini versions (SD-PMC101, SD-PN100) – for smaller loaves weighing 400 to 500 g, which will avoid food waste and save space on the kitchen counter.

Isolated ice cream container
