If you have little counter space and want to cut bread, cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables evenly on a daily basis, the ritter Arcus³ combines a stable metal construction with compact dimensions. With a format of 22,5 × 33,5 × 23,0 cm and a weight of approx. 3,0 kg easily fits in most kitchens, does not dominate the countertop, and at work maintains stability.

Serrated blade

The inclined casing makes it easier to cut both thin and thicker patches – the product naturally slides towards the blade and tray, which improves the comfort of use. Serrated blade Ø 17 cm copes with bread, cold cuts, ham, cheese and vegetables. Smooth thickness adjustment up to approx. 20 mm allows you to prepare very thin slices and clearly thicker slices.

Two speeds

The safety switch offers two modes of operation: intermittent (II), in which the blade works as long as you hold the switch, and continuous (I), in which the blade rotates until the switch returns to the “0” position. Underneath the unit is a cable compartment that allows you to neatly store the power cord when the slicer is not in use.

Efficient engine

The eco 65 W engine consumes approx. 20% less energy and offers approx. 50% higher efficiency than the previous model, combining energy saving with adequate cutting power.
