The opening sensor with built-in alarm siren is used to secure doors, windows, gates, cabinets and other moving elements. The set consists of a main unit and a magnetic element mounted on the frame and wing. When the door or window is opened, the elements move away from each other, and the device immediately records the event and triggers the selected alarm method.

Support via Wi-Fi and Tuya app:

The device can be connected to your home Wi-Fi network and added to the Tuya app. From the phone, the user can check detected events, change alarm settings and adjust the way the sensor works to their own needs. The remote configuration means that the sensor can be conveniently operated without the need for access to the device every time.

Adjustable volume and alarm duration:

In the app, you can set the siren volume from 80 to 100dB*. The lower level will work as an information signal, while the maximum volume allows you to effectively attract the attention of household members and scare away a person trying to open a secured door or window. The duration of the alarm can be adjusted from 5 to 180 seconds, so that the signal can be short or last for up to 3 minutes.

*The values given are indicative, measured using the application on the phone to measure dB. In the Tuya app, the volume control is from 0 to 100%, with 1% the measured volume was approx. 80dB and at 100% the volume was approx. 100dB.

Four modes of event signaling:

The sensor allows you to choose one of four ways of alarming: simultaneously starting the siren and flashing LED, starting only the siren, starting only the flashing LED or completely turning off the local signaling. This allows you to use the device both as a loud burglar alarm and a discreet sensor informing you when it is opened using light or notification in the application.

Notifications of detected events:

When the door or window is opened, the sensor can send a notification directly to your phone. The user receives information about the event also when he is away from home. This feature makes it easy to control the entrance to an apartment, room, office, garage or other secured space and allows you to react quickly in case of unauthorized opening.

Advantages of Tuya Smart App:

The Tuya Smart app allows you to conveniently manage your smart home devices from your phone. Its most important advantages are:

• the ability to remotely control devices from anywhere,
• Support for multiple different devices in one application, e.g. bulbs, sockets, cameras and sensors,
