Thermoaccumulative three-layer bottom with a thickness of 7,6mm ensures fast heating and even distribution and long-term heat retention. The accumulated heat allows you to finish cooking within 10-15 minutes after turning off the stove, which significantly reduces heating energy consumption. Brittany can be used on all types of cookers: electric, gas, ceramic and induction, as well as in ovens.

The third outer layer conducts heat better (faster) than 18/10 steel and has magnetic properties so that it can be placed on induction hobs.

Walls of the vessel heat up much slower than the bottom. This ratio of bottom thickness to walls is necessary for even heating of dishes in a dish. The modeled edge prevents liquids from dripping onto the walls when filling and pouring the contents, which helps keep the outer walls clean.

Cover pan made of 18/10 stainless steel with thickness of 0,8mm retains steam in the dish and ensures optimal cooking. It is additionally equipped with a heat distribution bottom, which guarantees optimal frying conditions. The lid can also be used as a mold for baking and heating.

Stainless steel handles are fixed to the walls by spot welding.
