Elmes MTX is a miniature, two-channel radio transmitter operating in the 433.92MHz band that works with any Elmes receiver. Its operating range in open space is a maximum of 100 meters. The operation of the transmitter is similar to the Elmes DWB100H remote control. The difference is the use of wired connections instead of switch buttons. Transmission in one of the channels is triggered by short-circuiting the appropriate pair of wires. To ensure reliable operation in the event of a very short excitation, the transmission is extended by 1 second.

The transmitter is powered by a 9V alkaline battery, but can also be powered by 12V DC. It is offered as a printed circuit board with 200mm long control cables and a clip for a 9V battery. The small size of the transmitter and the installation foot enable quick and easy installation, for example under a double bell switch or in a flush-mounted electrical installation box.
