Prekė: Dyzelinis generatorius MARSUN 10 kW su ATS, vienfazis, tinka inverteriui. Kategorija: Elektros generatoriai.
- Gamintojas: marsun SOLAR ENERGY
- Modelis: MVD10A
DIESEL GENERATOR AGGREGATE 10KW MARSUN WITH ATS MODULE MAXIMUM POWER ON 1 PHASE FOR INVERTER
Why MVD10?
- ATS module included. Thanks to the included ATS module, the unit starts on its own when the power goes out and turns itself off when the network returns.
- Equal power. Full power at every phase – you can power both 400 V and ordinary 230 V devices without losing power.
- Good quality voltage, THD < 5%. Waveforming below 5% and AVR stabilization – boiler controllers, computers and cash registers will be powered safely.
- Two-wire switch. A simple start/stop connector through which the unit communicates with a hybrid inverter or ATS automation. Nothing is programmed.
- Diesel in a muted housing. Diesel fuel is stored longer than gasoline, and the housing clearly reduces noise.
What this unit will really pull
Continuous power 9 kW counts. Devices with an engine at startup charge 3 to 5 times more than at work, so start them one by one. Stock up to 10 kW covers short-term start-up.
At the same time: the entire base of a house or small business – boiler, pumps, lighting, internet, refrigerators and freezers, submersible pump – and a 2,2 kW compressor or milking machine with a cooler.
Single: inverter welding machine 200 A with the rest of the basic receivers, submersible pump up to 2,2 kW, larger machine tools, convection oven 400 V.
Won’t pull: an object with a connection power higher than 9 kW or several large motors starting at the same second. The values are approximate – select based on the connection power and the list of receivers.
400 V and 230 V – what it means in practice
An ordinary three-phase unit divides the power between three phases and, under a load of only one, gives off a fraction of the power from the plate. This model has equal power as standard: full power is available regardless of how you distribute the load over phases.
- Sum of devices operating simultaneously plan up to 9 kW
- Add start-up multiplier: heater ×1, computer ×2, engine ×3–5
- Leave 20% to 30% of stock over the calculated amount
ATS and two-wire switch – ready for automation
The unit without automation requires someone to be in place, start it and switch the power supply. This model has an ATS module and a two-wire switch.
- Network loss – ATS detects no voltage and sends a start signal
- Start-up – the unit starts electrically and takes over the power supply
- Network Return – ATS switches power back, cools and shuts down the engine
Cooperation with photovoltaics and energy storage
Hybrid inverters have a separate GEN input for connecting the unit. This model is compatible with them, and communication is done through a two-wire switch: the inverter itself gives a start and stop signal when the energy storage needs a recharge.
Stable voltage – AVR and THD < 5%
The AVR automatic voltage regulator continuously corrects the voltage with each load change, and the wave deformation does not exceed 5%.
- AVR voltage stabilization as standard
- THD < 5%, constant frequency 50 Hz
- Copper winding generator
You can safely power boiler controllers, computers, cash registers, monitoring and building automation. For particularly sensitive electronics, use UPS.
Control panel – what you have at hand
- 400 V and 230 V sockets
- ATS socket and two-wire switch
- Ignition switch with key – electric start
- Low oil level indicator light with automatic engine shutdown
- Overcurrent circuit breaker with Reset button
- Ground Clamp
You get a ready-to-run unit with engine oil included.
Safe use
- Only outside or in a technical room with exhaust gases made in accordance with the regulations – exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide
- Always ground the unit
- Connection to the building installation and installation of ATS is performed by an authorized electrician, with disconnection from the network. The unit can never work in parallel with the network
- Do not refuel with a running or hot engine
- Optimal load: 50 to 75% of rated power; long operation below 30% promotes deposits in the engine
- Oil inspections and changes according to the manufacturer's instructions
- When the unit is waiting for a failure: start it periodically under load according to the instructions and control the condition of the starter battery.
The most common questions
Is 9 kW enough? Add up the power of devices working simultaneously, for everything with the engine add start ×3 – 5 and add 20 – 30% of the stock. If the result is 9 kW, it is enough.
Will they burn my furnace or computer driver? The unit has AVR, THD below 5% and a constant frequency of 50 Hz, so you can power your controllers, cash registers and office equipment safely. For particularly sensitive electronics, use UPS additionally.
Is the power divided into three phases? No. This model has equal power – full power is available regardless of how you distribute the load on the phases.
Can I buy ATS later? There's no need for that. You get the ATS module together with the unit and the two-wire switch connector is factory.
How does the unit “get along” with the inverter? Through a two-wire switch, i.e. a simple start/stop connector. The hybrid inverter sends a signal when the unit is to start and when it is to shut down.
How much does it smoke and how long does it last on the tank? Okay. 2,8 l/h at maximum load. The 12,5 l tank is indicatively sufficient for approx. 4,5 h
Can I connect it to a building installation? Yes, but the connection is made by an authorized electrician, with disconnection from the network. The unit can never work in parallel with the power grid.
