The device, which in Poland you know as production, in the Czech Republic is called Remoska i has been produced since 1957. The principle is the same: the heater in the lid bakes from above, and the closed bowl stops steam. The meat comes out juicy, the cake fluffy, and the top blushes.

Remoska Prima Glass Ceramic is a modern version of this design: a bowl with ceramic coating without PFAS, PTFE and PFOA, cover with glass window and power consumption 580 W instead of 2000 to 3500 W, which the oven needs.

What you bake

Pork neck and pork loin, chicken legs, whole fish, potato and pasta casseroles, vegetables, stew, apple pie, cheesecake, yeast cake, bread. You will heat up the bigos without drying out, and the leftover dinner will not become rubbery like in a microwave.

Remoska — Czech original since 1957

Remoska was designed by the Czech engineer Oldřich Homuta. The first prototypes were created between 1953 and 1955, and serial production began in 1957. The device went to Czechoslovak homes, and in Poland the same construction was adopted under the name of production.

Remoska has never disappeared from the market. Over the next decades, it went to Great Britain, Canada and Australia, among others. In 2001, a “Remoskomania” broke out in England. In just one week, 1 500 Remoski units were sold. Even Prince Charles received it as a birthday present. Production has remained in the Czech Republic to this day. 2022 Remoska built a new production plant in Kopřivnica. It is the most modern kitchen equipment production plant in Central Europe.

Prima Glass Ceramic is the current version of the same design: the same heater in the lid, but with a glass window and ceramic coating without PFAS.
