Full fermentation and fast cooling: Our brewing system can malt up to 8 kg (17,6 lbs) of brewer barley and ferment up to 8,48 kg (18,7 lbs) of wort. The temperature and time can be individually adjusted using the automatic brewing program with 7 levels of the program. Cooling after boiling the wort to the optimal fermentation temperature is carried out using a condenser coil with a length of 28,8 m. The filter sieve filters out protein particles and other suspended substances.

Efficient arm and circulation pump: The built-in circulation pump ensures that the wort circulates through the circulation arm, improving brewing efficiency and leading to better brewing results. Maintains a constant machine temperature during fermentation. The circulation arm is sturdy and stable and can be cleaned with water.
