• Housing made of high temperature resistant polypropylene
• Dismantled cartridge GN 1/1 in. 100mm made of AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean
• Heater made of AISI 304 stainless steel, placed in a water cartridge for efficient heat transfer
• Tempered glass cover equipped with insulated handle, ladle cutout and aluminum hinge
• Special two-piece lid design reduces heat loss when opening while maintaining optimal work hygiene
• On the lid placed holder (holder) for the label with the name of the dish
• Cover designed to drain liquefied water vapor back into the container
