Instructions for use

Before first use

1. Wash all items that come into contact with food.

2. Thoroughly dry all parts.

3. Set the device on a stable and dry surface.

Service

1. Place the knife in the bowl.

2. Cut the products into pieces of about 1 to 2 cm.

3. Put the ingredients in the bowl.

4. Close the lid.

5. Put on the engine unit.

6. Connect the device to electricity.

7. Press the selected speed button:

* I – low speed

* II – average speed

* III – high speed

8. When the button is released, the device stops automatically.

Recommended portions

Meat

* up to 250 g at a time

* cut into pieces of 2 to 3 cm

* pulse operation after 3 to 5 seconds

Vegetables

* up to 500 g at a time

* cut into pieces of 2 to 3 cm

* pulse operation after 3 to 5 seconds

Sauerkraut

* fill the bowl to about 1/3–2/3 volume

* add a small amount of water

* use low speed

Cleaning

1. Disconnect the device from the power supply.

2. Take off the engine unit.

3. Wash the bowl, lid and knife with warm water and detergent.

4. Thoroughly dry all elements.

5. Do not immerse the engine unit in water.

Important information

* Maximum continuous working time: 30 seconds.

* After prolonged operation, leave the device to cool for 20 to 30 minutes.

* Do not shred bones, coffee beans, dry soy, or very hard products.

* Do not start the device on an empty bowl.

* Do not overfill the container.

* Do not put your hands in the bowl while the device is running.

* The product is intended for home use only.
