⚙ THREE STAGES OF SHARPENING

Each slot is responsible for a different stage of work, so that the method of sharpening can be adjusted to the condition of the knife.

1 PRE-SHARPENING – #360

The first stage is designed for very blunt knives and ceramic blades. Thicker gradation helps rebuild the cutting edge and prepare it for further processing.

2 PROPER SHARPENING – #600
