⭐ Description:

Electronic battery tester

It enables testing of 12 V batteries in passenger cars, vans and motorcycles, as well as evaluation of the starting system.

• intended for testing traditional lead-acid batteries (so-called. wet), gel batteries and AGM
• additional functions assessment of battery health (consumption as a percentage) and state of charge (nominal capacity as a percentage)
• CCA test scope: 200-1200
• readable LCD display with adjustable brightness
• power supply directly from the vehicle installation, so that the device is always ready for operation

⭐ Type of batteries tested:

• lead-acid (so-called. wet)
• VRLA (Valve Refulated Lead Acid) – lead-acid valve regulated (so-called. gel)
• AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) – a type of gel battery where the electrolyte is located glass fiber mats with high porosity, the mats are located between the plates

CCA test scope:

• SAE 40 – 1200 CCA
• EN 40 – 1150 CCA
• DIN 25 – 675 CCA
• IEC 30 – 775 CCA

The test can be carried out for both the battery mounted on the vehicle and the battery removed from the vehicle.

Battery status messages:

• GOOD PASS (good, passed) – battery condition is good and does not require charging.
• GOOD RECHARGE (good, charge) – battery condition is good, but requires charging.
• RECHARGE RETEST (recharge, test) – the battery is discharged and cannot be tested until it is fully charged.
• BAD REPLACE (bad, change) – the battery cannot withstand the load and should be replaced with a new one.
• ERROR TEST (test error) – the tested battery has a CCA higher than 1200 or the tester has not been properly connected to the battery.
