The KETTLER Axos Nova P magnetic elliptical cross trainer is a versatile training device that engages the muscles of the whole body. Regular exercise improves fitness, slims the figure, adds energy and affects well-being. The mechanics of working on elliptical cross trainers reproduce the elements of training on a bike, stepper and treadmill – combining all the advantages of these activities. The elliptical cross trainer strengthens muscles from the upper and lower parts of the body, and the elliptical movement does not burden the spine or joints. Regular training promotes the improvement of cardiovascular and respiratory function.

Adjust resistance and control pulse

The KETTLER Axos Nova P magnetic elliptical cross trainer is equipped with a flywheel weighing 14 kg and 16 resistance levels. The resistance level is regulated electronically, using a training computer in the range of from 1 to 16, which allows you to adjust the level of training to individual needs. On the steering wheel of the elliptical cross trainer there are touch sensors, thanks to which you can monitor your heart rate during exercise.

Platforms for feet

Wide, non-slip foot platforms provide secure support during training. They have adjustable distance from the steering wheel, so that everyone will find the optimal setting, regardless of height. The stride length that can be obtained is 320 mm.

Easy to move

KETTLER Axos Nova P is equipped with transport wheels, which make it easy to move the elliptical cross trainer so that it does not take up much space in the room when it is not needed. The device weighs about 58 kg and its dimensions are 132 × 62 × 169 cm.
