Thanks to 13 preloaded programs and access to over 1000 workouts in the JRNY application, the user can enjoy a variety of exercises. The programs adapt to the level of fitness, which allows for gradual development and achievement of the intended goals. The application is available for Android and iOS.

The SCHWINN 590E elliptical cross trainer offers electronic tilt adjustment ranging from -5% to 15%. Thanks to this, you can simulate different terrain conditions, which increases the intensity of exercise and allows you to effectively strengthen the lower muscle parts. Heart rate measurement can be achieved using the telemetry belt (available separately), which allows for precise control of the intensity of training.
